Cancellation Policy

All fees are non-refundable and you accept those terms by processing your payment. Online payments incur a 3.85% convenience fee for online payment processing. You may re-schedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without penalty. You may re-schedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment with a 20% penalty fee. Canceled appointments are not eligible for a refund.
