Hourly Fees

$250  -  Design & Specification
$200  -  Project Management
$150  -  Project Administration

Hourly Fees allow you the flexibility to pay as you go with a retainer on account to bill against. So you only use the amount of services you need, even if you don't know exactly what all you will need in advance.

Our clients receive our trade discounts of 10% - 65% off retail prices on materials & merchandise for their project.

After an initial design meeting, a signed service agreement is required prior to commencing project.

Without a retainer on account, fees are payable at the time of appointment booking or service request.

Minimum $500 fee for initial design meeting up to 2 hours.

Minimum $5000 refundable retainer on account is required for projects that are billed on an hourly basis.

General Contractors receive a 10% trade discount on projects above $10,000 in total fees.

Fixed Fee

Fixed Fee projects are priced based on the scope of work, or services required.  Since you may need an entirely different amount of service or types of service than another client, the size of the project does not strictly affect the amount time required to complete it.  That's why we look closely at exactly what is needed to achieve the end result that you want and from that we determine the total fee for your project.

Going through the process of clearly defining the scope of work needed for your project is also a great way for you to get a thorough understanding of what is involved and how the project will proceed.  By understanding the details of what is involved you gain the insight needed to edit or revise any aspect of the scope of work for your project before finalizing it.

Once we finalize the scope of work then a total fee for your project can be determined.  At that point your payment schedule will be established.  This allows you to know exactly how much you will need to pay and when, over the course of your project.  Once your signed service agreement and initial payment have been received your project will commence.

During the project if there is something you would like to add that is outside the initial scope of work for your project we can either create an additional scope of work or we can simply bill you hourly, whichever works best for you.
