Hourly Fees allow you the flexibility to pay as you go with a retainer on account to bill against, while a Fixed Fee gives you the certainty of knowing exactly what the design costs for your project will be before you get started.
We never charge markups on merchandise. Our clients receive our trade discounts of 10% - 65% off retail prices for materials & merchandise for their projects. That puts us on the same side of the budget as our clients, making selections that give you the best value for your money.

To get started we schedule an Initial Design Meeting up to 2 hours with our Lead Designer at a fee of $700. This is our chance to discuss your project with you in detail and create a design plan so we can put together a proposal with concept boards for you. Then after you've signed your Service Agreement your project will commence.​
For projects billed Hourly we require a minimum $7000 refundable retainer on account to bill against. One-time or small-scale services done without a retainer on account, are payable at the time of appointment booking or service request.
Fixed Fee projects are priced based on the scope of work in the design plan that we establish during your initial Design Meeting. We look closely at exactly what is needed to achieve the end result that you want and from that we determine the total fee for your project.
When we establish the design plan you will get a thorough understanding of what is involved and how the project will proceed. Your proposal will itemize the design costs of each aspect of your project so you can see what makes up the fixed fee.
